2 Cups of blueberries or raspberries, fresh or defrosted*
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor and pulse until combined, pour into a jar and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to thicken. Enjoy!
Notes
* If you are using strawberries double the amount of chia seeds. A smoothie blender works well to mix the ingredients. The photos show a recipe adjusted to use ½ cup blueberries, ½ tbsp chia seeds and ½ tbsp maple syrup.
